My recent stay at K&R Orewa Homestay was much more than I bargained for! The owner has thought of everything, from supplying all the little necessities like mouthwash and lollies, to providing a comfortable bed and a 50-inch flatscreen TV. The breakfast options were plentiful, and there was even free wifi. The location was perfect, with shops and the beach within walking distance. I highly recommend this homestay for anyone who enjoys the B&B scene.

I have to mention that the wifi wasn't always reliable, which made it difficult to stay in contact with my family overseas. Additionally, the price of the room increased as I was not alone but with my husband, which I felt was unnecessary.
